Boyds of the Month
My name is Maureen and I'm a Boyds Bear junkie.
Yes, it's true. I fell in love with them about eight years ago
and have since filled up a curio cabinet with them. Either I'll have to go cold
turkey on my habit or buy another curio cabinet--I have a feeling a trip to the
furniture store is in the near future.
If you don't mind, I'd like to share my obsession, er, hobby with you. We can
call it the Boyds of the Month. Yes, I know, not very creative, but if anyone
has a better name, let me know. <G>

My latest Boyds is Betsy Rossbeary:
A Stitch in Time, in celebration of the United States' birthday.
Although it was the men who fought the battles, women throughout the ages
have always aided in their own quiet ways. Betsy Ross was one such
woman, a woman who displayed her patriotism in creating our symbol of
liberty and freedom--the American flag.
"Everything that is really great
and inspiring is created by the individual who can labor in freedom." --
Albert Einstein
